We’re looking for a friendly and fashion-forward Boutique Associate who’s eager to help customers feel confident, stylish, and seen. In this role, you’ll be part of a brand that celebrates femininity, individuality, and Canadian charm.

Your Role

• Greet customers warmly and offer personalized styling advice

• Assist shoppers with sizing, fit, and finding pieces they feel great in

• Maintain a visually inviting store environment and product displays

• Support daily operations including stock restocking and point-of-sale

• Answer questions in-store and by email in a helpful, professional way

What We’re Looking For

• Retail experience (preferably in fashion or boutique settings)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Passion for women's fashion and understanding of current trends

• Confidence in offering tailored style advice

• Flexibility to work different shifts in a fast-paced setting
